Venetian Gown - In the garden

You may remember a while ago I made a venetian style gown to attend a charity party. I finally had the chance to take some real pictures of the dress, my head piece, the jewelry, the make up  - the whole ensemble.

And since the exquisite cherry blossoms are in season, what better place to use as back drop than the University of Washington's campus. I scout this place out a few weeks ago, and had been monitoring the progress of the cherry trees. I knew that with it's beautiful classically inspired architectures, well groomed grass fields, and yes the Cherry blossoms! it would be the perfect spot. Last weekend, I gathered my friends and head to the location.

It was a beautiful Sunday day... and guess what? Husky Fest 2012! This is the day where the college have it's open house to attract potential students all over. I think in a few of the locations, we were drawing a crowd to watch us. And I couldn't stop laughing! ah well, better planning next time.:) Here are the excerpts of the photo shoot... enjoy!
